Great progress in Iguana
-We have seen lots of progress in 2008.
-We have completed the second condo building
-We have completed the first five townhouses
-We have completed the common area with a 20 meter lap pool.
-The rental pool is open, and offers condos, bike rental, car rental, surf board rental, golf, massage, mini bar in condos and great prices and service.
-The restaurant and bar is up and running
-The pizzeria is open
-The third condo building is under construction
-The second townhouse building is under construction

We had the pleasure of seeing Andy Irons, Cory Lopez surfing the Colorado beach break in Iguana Beach. A few days later Timmy Reyes and Damian Hobgood came for a surf before heading to J-Bay. We just had two weeks with great swell, and it won't stop pumping for a long time...

Golf PRO-AM tournament in the beginning of December
The second PRO-AM tournament in Iguana, will take place in the beginning of December. Again this year proceeds will go to Charity. Last year the tournament provided the funds for building the school for all the children in the area.
